The Full Story
Our company is relatively new, being established in June 2022. However, our family has a background in properties.

​Father worked as a master mason from the early 1940s in Kenya, hewing out different sizes of stone from boulders by hand, with nothing but his trusty hammer and chisels. He gained experience in associated trades such as plastering, forming cornices, tiling, etc. Several other family members joined him in a variety of building trades.
​
​Growing up in such an environment and from a young age working with Father during school holidays offered us many opportunities to learn about many aspects of building and maintenance and started us off on the property development path. Even though we also pursued other professions throughout our adult lives, properties proved to be in “our blood.”
​
As adults, we invested in residential properties, gradually growing our portfolio, which allowed us to care for both Father and Mother in their later years.

​Now, we have branched out into commercial property investment alongside our domestic portfolio. We are excited about this new endeavour and anticipate that this will be a stepping stone for many good things to come in the future!

Our vision is to work collaboratively and proactively with our clients, partners, and local authorities. In order to do this, we aim to identify real needs and deliver facilities that make a difference to the community. We do this while working hard to ensure that they are safe and respect the environment.
