Arbroath
Recently acquired the office block, which was originally built as a government building in the 1970s, when this type of concrete formation and flat roof structure were popular. Structurally they are strong and probably saved construction time.

It has great potential, if steps are taken to bring it in line with Scotland's plans to ensure all buildings in Scotland are warmer, more efficient and reach zero emissions by 2045.
We plan to explore available and viable options for gradual implementation for this building to contribute towards that goal.
